Through dedication and hard work, he quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest District Manager by year 2003, gaining valuable leadership experience. With a strong desire to grow, Mr. Tushar Desai transitioned into entrepreneurship in 2006, stepping into the world of financial consultancy.

He began offering advisory services in the insurance industry, collaborating with various life insurance companies as an independent consultant. Guided by his brother Mr. Nehal Desai, Tushar Desai’s entrepreneurial efforts evolved into what is today the Desai Group.
